End-to-end logistics expertise — at your service

Many customers know LynnCo specifically for transportation management solutions, but we have long offered deeper insight and holistic solutions to our clients. In response to the growing demand for this end-to-end, customized logistics expertise, we created the Professional Services Group.

“This team is made up of seasoned professionals who are uniquely qualified to develop and manage complex supply chain solutions. And we don’t stop there, but we operationalize the solutions as well,” says Ed Gort, Director of Engineering and Professional Services. “We can implement and run operations. Our people are not only consultants, but also have experience in running complex operations.”

The PSG team will be supporting traditional client solutions, as well as offering unique services that can be categorized into three groups.

1. Supply Chain Consulting Services — A full range of focused consulting services that deliver insights by looking at your supply chain holistically, within and outside the four walls, and providing recommendations for how to better run your organization.
2. Staff Support Services — LynnCo offers access to qualified personnel for short-term support or permanent placement in your organization. If you need managers or supervisors to help run your warehouse operation, we can supply you with the right leaders. If you need management help while you conduct your own search for the right permanent employee, we can quickly provide a capable staff member so that you can run your operation for as long as you need to.
3. Talent Development Services — LynnCo not only brings our own experts to your organization — we will also help you train your team to ensure full adoption and optimal use of the solutions we provide. And the services don’t stop there. We provide ongoing training support throughout our relationship with your company. When turnover happens, we ensure replacements are trained and transfer the knowledge to those who will be permanently running operations. This ongoing support is important to maintaining the benefits that have been derived from consultation services.

“Although these services are broken out into separate listings, they are interconnected and complementary,” explains Gort.
