LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions – Dig Deeper

Star Awards

Mike Chacker, Brian Parker, Scott Anderson, Jerry Hanel, Mike Adams, Brent Spencer, Jon Freeman, and Joshua Allison

Nominated by Ava Weber
CFS experienced a defining moment in October. CFS needed help to execute invoicing on the scheduled day. Immediately, our IT organization jumped into action. By the end of the week, invoicing was running so much faster than ever before. We are thrilled with the progress, and with the personal investment Mike Chacker has made.

Many hands make light work, so it is no surprise that this improvement involved several people: Mike Chacker, Brian Parker, Scott Anderson, Jerry Hanel, Mike Adams, Brent Spencer, Jon Freeman, and Joshua Allison.

Autumn DeGarmo

Nominated by Mike Collier
I would like to nominate Autumn for a star award. Yesterday a client called and needed assistance. I was locked into meetings, so I turned to a trusted team member. Autumn jumped right in with no questions asked, all in the best interest of LynnCo!!!

Thank you, Autumn!!!!

Carlex Support Team: Dustin Nettles, LaVonna Pettit, Brian Stein, Debbie Carter, and Tanya Haynes

Nominated by Kelli Sebastian
I’d like to pass along the recognition that Jim Richey gave during Carlex’s on-site visit. He said that our team consistently delivers great service and is always great to deal with — even despite new team members being added, we have always showed a level of consistency and that we have quality people working for our team.

Ernie Slaton

Sherree Hill and Ernie Slaton

Nominated by Ava Weber
Ernie Slaton deserves to be recognized for his assistance checking invoices when the invoice process was down this week. Ernie stepped in to help even though he could have rightfully said “Checking invoices is a CFS responsibility.” Ernie made our lives a little better in CFS today. Thank you, Ernie!

Sherree Hill has an “eagle eye” for numbers, and she often notices hidden details that no one else does. In this particular case, Sherree caught an error that happened after CFS involvement usually ends and occurred outside of the scope of checks we require of CFS. Because of Sherree’s discovery, the accounting team was able to account for the missing items in the correct month for financial statements, and the error stayed small instead of growing. Now, there are several LynnCo team members working on the solution from OPS and IT. Sherree, thank you for your diligence and mindfulness above and beyond what was required in your position.

Mike Kaess

Nominated by Kelli Sebastian
I’d like to nominate Mike Kaess for a Star Award. Over the past several weeks, Mike has devoted a lot of time with me as we worked through transitioning ERIKS Valve account.

What I appreciate about Mike:

  • Willingness to help explain current processes to make sure I understand not only LynnCo’s processes, but the clients as well
  • Guiding me on what needs to be done and why
  • Not afraid to redirect me or bring things to my attention that need immediate attention
  • Initiated collaboration between departments on projects including carrier services, IT, and CFS
  • Has supported me in weekly calls to provide historical info and details to ensure nothing slips through the cracks during the transition
  • Follows up with me via cell (almost daily) to ensure I have everything I need to complete tasks

Mike has been a great teammate, and I appreciate the extra time he has put in to ensure not only my success but also that the ERIKS Valve account has a flawless transition.

Gracjan Szuba

Nominated by Jae Whang
Tulsa Centerless Bar Processing is a new customer for which Gracjan Szuba went on-site and provided initial training. I received positive feedback from their logistics leadership on his professional, hands-on training approach.
